Following terms and conditions are prepared with an aim to assist writers in delivering high quality contents to customers therefore it is requested that the writers as well as clients must read terms and conditions in order to understand and know their rights and obligations.

Subject Areas:

o   It is implicit that you will bid only for those subject areas where you believe you can deliver satisfactory results.

o   It is in the interests of the clients to check the subject area of the writer before accepting the bid.

o   Writers confirm that all the information provided regarding their education, experience, career as well as writing areas is correct and accurate. Any misleading information may result into deletion of your account and all your funds will be retained for the period of 3 months before they are released.

o   It is in the interests of the clients to mention the subject area of their subject as accurately as possible. Subject area once mentioned may not be changed.

o   Writers are under no obligation to make changes in the projects delivered where clients demand revisions according to a new subject area.

o   Writers undertake to provide us information regarding any change, however minor, regarding the change in their education, experience, career etc.

Level of Work

o   Writers agree to place bids for reasonable number of projects. It is important that in case of winning any bid, you must manage your workload in a manner which does not impair the quality of the work delivered.

Payments and Services

o   Essaybrunch.com agrees to act as an agent for direct supply and sale of your services to clients.

o   We do not set pricing for projects on behalf of writers however; we reserve the right to set commission in whatever manner we deem fit.

o   Writers authorize us to collect the payments on their behalf and forward the same to them minus commission charged by us.

o   Clients also authorize us to retain their funds in Escrow account during the duration of a particular project. However, once funds are released from Escrow account by the client, we do not hold any discretion over such funds as they belong to writer.

o   Essaybrunch.com agree to make payments by Alertpay.com however, we may consider other methods of payments also. It is the responsibility of writers to open an account with alertpay.com to receive funds from us.

o   We will calculate all amounts released to you by the clients and you will be paid according to the payment cycle.

o   It is the responsibility of the writers to check whether the amount reflected in his or her finance report is correct or not. It is the responsibility of the writer to promptly inform us about any anomaly in the information reflected by the finance report of the writer.

o   Writers agree to complete the projects within deadline assigned to them by the clients and according to the standards requested. Clients are authorized to deduct payments if writers fail to adhere to the guidelines of the clients.

o   As a writer, it is your responsibility to complete the projects yourself. However, you may take help from your friends, partners, and colleagues to complete them on your behalf.

o   We will not charge any fines, penalties what so ever to you. However, clients may release partial amount to you in case you fail to adhere to client instructions.

Projects Availability

o   We will make our all efforts to obtain reasonable number of projects for you through our various marketing campaigns.

o   As a writer you agree to understand however that there may be no projects listed.

o   You are under obligation to place your bids for any projects.

Employment

o   As a writer, you agree to register yourself with the relevant tax authorities of your country as a self employed person.

o   You agree to understand that we are not partners or joint venture neither you are employed by us nor you are our employee.

o   You agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined here.

Confidentiality

o   As a writer, you hereby agree that you will not contact the clients for issues other than related with your particular project.

o   It is in the interests of the clients not to deal with the writers outside EssayBrunch.com and all the transactions conducted outside our platform will not be binding on us and clients shall bear all the responsibility for any loss including financial or otherwise.

o   We understand that we will not reveal the information of our clients to any third party including our writers.

o   We understand that we will only reveal phone numbers of our writers to our clients so that both parties can coordinate in more effective manner to deliver highest quality.

o   Writers are also obliged not to deal directly with the clients.

o   You agree that if due to breaking of this confidentiality clause, you will be liable to any loss incurred to the client.

Bidding on Projects

o   It is the responsibility of the writer to check and verify that he or she is qualified enough to place bid against any project.

o   By bidding against any project you therefore explicitly confirm that you have the requisite knowledge and experience on write on the topic and according to the writing standards required by the client.

o   You undertake to agree that once a project is assigned to you by the client; it is a binding contract for services. You are therefore advised to seriously consider your abilities before placing a bid.

o   Client may accept or reject your bid without assigning any reason. We do not assign projects therefore we bear no obligation that your bid will be accepted.

Customization of papers

o   As a writer you undertake that all the work produced by you will be 100% original and custom written.

o   Clients have no obligation to accept the work which is not original or plagiarized.

o   You agree and understand that all the papers submitted by you can be checked for plagiarism through customized software either by the clients or us. It is also binding on you that if subsequently client discovers that you copied the material not available on internet, you will be entitled to refund the full amount paid to you against that particular project. We reserve the right to deduct that amount from your total balance and refund it to the customer.

o   You also agree to undertake that you will not rearrange, paraphrase, summarize or quote material from your earlier projects.

o   You undertake that if your project passes the plagiarism test does not necessarily mean that it is free from any plagiarism and any subsequent evidence produced by the client will make you entitled to refund the amount to the client.

Reference Sources

o   As a writer, you undertake that you will not use information presented on any open source platforms such as Wikipedia.

o   Clients are also advised to specifically check whether any such sources have been used by the writer and can demand removal of such references.

o   As a writer, you agree and understand that you are fully aware of the referencing styles required by the clients.

o   You undertake to use only those sources which clients can themselves verify from electronic databases, libraries or other sources.

o   You also undertake to agree that in case client fails to locate the sources mentioned by you, you undertake to provide copy of such references.

Intellectual Property rights

o   As a writer, you agree to withdraw all the intellectual property rights of the writing produced by you in the favor of your client.

o   You also undertake not to resell, publish or distribute the work produced by you at EssayBrunch.com.

o   All the work produced by you is solely the intellectual property of the clients.

o   We agree and understand that we will never sell, publish or in any case distribute the work of writers.

o   It is in the best interests of the clients not to use the material delivered to them through us for gaining academic credit. We do not sell any academic papers, essays, dissertations, thesis etc and bear no responsibility if, as a client, you face any loss due to submission of material delivered through us.

Ethical Responsibilities

o   Clients and writers mutually agree and understand that they will adhere to highest ethical standards when dealing with each other.

o   We expect that clients will not use stolen credit cards and other payment sources for payment purposes. If subsequently, we discover that any of the clients committed fraud through our site, we will report this to authorities and you may be tried under the law.

o   We undertake and agree that we will never threat or accuse any of the writers and clients under any circumstances.

Storage of Data

o   It is the responsibility of the writers and clients to save and store the material uploaded or downloaded through us.

o   You also agree to take full responsibility of creating suitable back-up of the data and ideally shall store it on different media for safety purposes.

o   You also agree and understand that you take full and sole responsibility for the safety of your data.

Termination of account

o   You agree and understand that we will delete your account without giving any prior notice.

o   Your account will be deleted if you:

                                                              i.      Commit fraud by using our site.

                                                            ii.      Provide fraudulent information to your clients or writers or us.

                                                          iii.      You conduct private transactions by using our platform.
